Workbooks That Work is the brand name founded by Stefanie Edwards, who is an independent consultant hereafter referred to as  (“we”, or “us”) who respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through this Privacy Policy.

Automatic Data Collection:

When visiting this website, certain information about you will automatically be collected through the pages you visit. Google Analytics and the Facebook Pixel are both enabled on this site. Continued use of the site affirms to us that you are in agreement with this practice and consent to the collection of your site visit behavior and tracking through the use of cookies. Besides our setup and payment for any online advertising from these two vendors, we have no control of how they distribute ads or how they may modify, adjust, or utilize their tracking technology and ad performance. Voluntary Data Collection:
Throughout the site there are opportunities to request more information, download something, etc. Doing so will require the voluntary submission of your basic contact info (name, email, etc.) in exchange for the item / task you are requesting / performing. Any information collected from you in this manner will be stored in our internal database and used for the purpose of adding you to our marketing database (you will receive emails from us and occasionally other forms of communication or advertisements). If at any time you are receiving an email or promotion from us, you have the voluntary right to opt out and no further communication will be sent to you via that format.

We will always maintain your information in confidence. We will never share, sell, rent, lease, etc., your information. Any cyber attack or breach of confidence caused by an invasion from someone intending to do harm is out of our control. We maintain all our data through a secure hosting provider, who enables top-level encryption and privacy protection, but there is never a 100% guarantee against a cyber attack. If something like that should happen, we will be forthcoming and notify you immediately via email.

In the event that you fail to continue paying for services rendered or for services we have a binding agreement towards (like our monthly membership), then your contact info may be forwarded to a collection agency for assistance in reactivating your account and bringing your payments up-to-date.

Site Updates
We strive to provide the most current and relevant information to you at all times. We may update our site content, messaging, branding, service policy, etc. at any point without advance notice.

GDPR
For those from the European Union under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) please know that we will retain any information about you that you voluntarily or involuntarily share with us through your visit to our site.
